Hehe....kembali semula... Hari ni sy ade case discussion pasal Peptic Ulcer Disease (PUD)...
haha...kali ni sy bg 6 bintang kat doctor yg jd tutor kami...BEST BEST BEST BEST!!!!!!!
doctor ni berjaya membuat sy rasa mcm dihempap batu besar...(-_-")....

He asked questions..
He answered per se...

And his explanations have brought me to the real clinical world...
I thought i had read all the informations about PUD in "PAPA" ROBBINS and the case hand-out, but indeed....to my dismay, if i were to be compared to him, my knowledge may approximately be one of a thousandth......waaaa.....(patutla ika nk bunuh diri dan diana mati tercekik shifa' = gurauan dr mereka).......

maybe i shud be more organized~ *sigh*
(jgn rasa cukup dlm menuntut ilmu, hanis! ilmu Allah sgt luas!)

Dan hari ni jgk... selepas habis discussion, sy teman Hanisah pegi KAUH (King Abdullah University Hospital) sbb kaki dia sakit...
Sampai kat OPD, kami blur....hahaha...tatao nk pegi mana...
Last2, kami tanya sorg doctor yg lalu depan kami, "Wein Orthopaedic Clinic?" (Di mana klinik otopedik?)......"Thobiq awwal"...(tingkat 1)..

Dan kami disuruh masuk ke dalam P.E room utk...Physical examination..
Waaaaa...best jgk.......
Seeing and listening to the doctor, taking Hx of hanisah....
hahaha.....

"What is ur complaint?"
"Pain in my leg"
"Which part?"
"Here, near my ankle.."
"What happen? Did u flex ur leg like this...or like this?"
and bla bla bla.... Lay down, i have to examine ur leg to see if there's swelling, bleeding dot dot dot...=P...
"I think this is only a soft tissue injury, but we may do X-ray to confirm any fracture or dislocation.......Oh, u take analgesics?"
"No, not yet...i just put garlic on the swollen part."
and so...........................

The meeting with the (other) doctor ended up with he, concluding tht it is an ankle sprain and recommending Hanisah to go and look for "ankle support" at the nearest pharmacy.~ wek!!

A learning part of my life today~ thanx Allah...(mcm tak sabar nk masuk klinikal....errr...ye ke?)
